Content on this site is for general information about our yoga and movement offerings. We may update schedules, prices, and descriptions without prior notice. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all information is complete or current at all times.
Class and private session bookings may be confirmed by email or phone. Payment terms will be stated at the time of booking. Cancellations should be made with reasonable notice so we can offer the place to others.
Yoga and mindful movement involve physical activity. You are responsible for assessing your own fitness to participate and for informing teachers of relevant injuries or limitations. Studio Gale provides wellness-oriented movement instruction; we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
By attending, you acknowledge that you practise at your own risk within the limits of applicable Croatian law. Please stop any practice that causes pain or distress and seek professional medical advice when needed.
We ask all guests to respect the space, fellow practitioners, and teachers. We reserve the right to refuse or end a session if conduct endangers others or disrupts the studio atmosphere.

To the extent permitted by Croatian and EU consumer law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Courts in Split shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you reside elsewhere in the EU/EEA.
